QUALITY & CONDITION NOTICE


Clothing is graded to reflect its condition and may include visible defects, damages, or irregularities. B-grade items can have stitching issues, wash inconsistencies, print flaws, or missing and damaged labels. C-grade items may show more significant flaws, such as stains, sizing irregularities, or other production damages. Prototypes, samples, and variations in fabric or finish are also part of this release.

Images are for reference only and do not represent the exact product that will be shipped. As samples and prototypes, fits may vary and are not guaranteed to be exact, even when based on our grading system.

All items are sold as-is and reflect their nature as part of the design and production process. Please review product details carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.



RETURNS POLICY


All purchases from UUU LIVESTOCK are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Items are sold as-is, including variations in defects, fabric, texture, washing, or fit. Some items may include prototypes created during the sampling phase and may differ from final production pieces.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback with your bank will be considered a violation of this agreement, and this policy will serve as proof of your acceptance of these terms.




SHIPPING POLICY


All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We process orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place an order after Thursday, it will be processed on the next shipping day. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

UUU LIVESTOCK is not liable for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If the address provided matches the one used upon checkout and the tracking indicates successful delivery, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for misplaced packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for any issues regarding delays, lost, or stolen packages.

For international orders, customers can pre-pay duties and taxes upon checkout. If duties and taxes are not prepaid, any applicable fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be reimbursed.
